As the Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of the store team to ensure our members receive exceptional service through engaged and motivated colleagues. You will lead by example to ensure that we maintain the high retail standards that our members expect. You will actively support your colleagues to ensure they develop and grow within the business. Candidates would need to service internal stores. It takes a special kind of leader to respond to this challenge in such a diverse retail business. Having proven supervisory experience goes without saying. We are looking for someone to rise to the challenge and help Company Shop to be a great success.

You should also note:
• Candidates should have a broad range of skills around analysing data, reports and be able to produce pro-active plans that help support business and team objectives
• We need our colleagues assistants to be flexible about when they work to cover the store operational hours, which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The shifts will be on a rota basis, five over 7 days. The hours of the role are 11.00pm to 7.30am.
