Store Manager:

As the Store Manager, you will head up the team to drive and sustain delivery of a fantastic shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining high retail standards and develop the store team to ensure that our members receive the best service possible from engaged and motivated colleagues. Be accountable for delivering the stores sales targets and KPI’s. This will be achieved through innovative merchandising ideas and other initiatives. Our team are the ambassadors for our business and enhance our brand through their enthusiasm and commitment. As the Store Manager, you will possess business acumen and, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and lead from the front in the running of the store. It takes a special kind of leader to respond to this challenge in such a diverse retail business. Having proven management experience goes without saying. We are looking for someone to rise to the challenge and help Company Shop in continuing to be a great success.

Benefits:

Membership to the Company Shop and eligibility to join the company non-contributory pension plan, which includes free 2 x death in service cover.

 

Hours:

We need our management team to be flexible about when they work, covering store operational hours on a rota basis including weekends and Bank Holidays. (This may include working nights to cover for absence)
