What is Community Shop?

Community Shop is a place where people can shop for affordable, quality food and groceries. We’re more than just a store.

We’re a community hub where you can meet new people, enjoy delicious meals at discounted prices, and get support with life-changing programmes. Join us and make a difference in your community.

Community Shop Membership.

Community Shop is a network of 13 UK membership-based stores. Membership is free for people who live nearby and qualify for a means-tested benefit.

To join, apply online or find your nearest Community Shop and get in touch.

Means-tested benefits include things like Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Pension Credit, Tax Credits, Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.

We are open for you, and so much more.
