Broken Biscuits. Big Savings!

Too crumbly for supermarket shelves, but far too delicious to waste. At Company Shop, we rescue surplus biscuits, repack them into big bags, and pass the savings straight to you.

You’ll spot a variety of biscuits on our shelves in white-labelled bags. Every one of them would otherwise have gone to waste — and because surplus stock is always changing, you never know what biscuits will be on the shelves each week. That’s the magic of surplus.

Whether you’re baking with them, dunking them in a brew, or eating them straight from the bag, broken biscuits can be enjoyed in all sorts of ways…

But how can you turn your broken biscuits into something even more delicious?

Buttery biscuit bases

If your custard creams are more crumb than biscuit, they'll make a brilliant cheesecake base in no time at all.

Simply melt some butter in a pan and stir through your biscuit crumbs until fully combined. Press the mixture into a lined cake tin and pop it in the fridge to chill.

In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, mascarpone, custard powder and condensed milk until smooth and fluffy, then fold through whipped double cream. Spoon onto your chilled base and return to the fridge. Finish with an extra sprinkling of biscuit crumbs on top and tuck in.

Why not try... mixing all your leftover biscuit crumbs together for a base packed with all your favourite flavours.

Perfectly imperfect toppings

Broken biscuits were made for ice cream sundaes. Use your favourites or mix a few together for your own signature sundae!

Grab your fanciest bowl, add a couple of scoops of ice cream, drizzle over your favourite sauce, then scatter biscuits of every shape and size on top. Tiny crumbs, chunky bits or even a whole biscuit — pile them on and dig in.

Shake it up

It turns out broken biscuits make for a pretty incredible milkshake. They don't just add flavour — they give it a thicker, creamier texture too. Add ice cream into the mix and you're onto a winner.

For a rich, indulgent shake, blend together vanilla ice cream, milk, Biscoff biscuits (or crumbs) and a spoonful of Biscoff spread until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream and a few more biscuit crumbs, then enjoy.

Top tip: Too thick? Add a splash more milk. Too thin? Throw in a few more biscuits. It's that easy!

Who knew broken biscuits could go so far?
