A Cooler Way to Shop: Meet Our New Freezer Bags

You’ve just bagged a great haul at Company Shop, but getting it home in one piece can be another story - especially when the ice cream’s melting in the boot! Meet our brand-new freezer bags, designed to help keep your chilled and frozen finds cooler for longer, from store to door.

Keeping your frozen goodies, frozen.

No matter how far you’re travelling, these bags will keep your surplus shop cool.

Featuring double-layered insulated walls and rigid handles that clip closed, our new freezer bags will keep your shopping cold for around 2–3 hours after purchase.

So, whether you’ve stocked up on frozen veg, picked up a few ice creams or found a freezer full of surplus bargains, you can shop without worrying about it warming up on the way home.

Simple, sturdy, spectacular.

Each bag can hold up to 7kg, is available at all 13 of our superstores, and costs just £1 - making it an easy addition to your next shop.

We save lots of surplus food that needs to stay frozen, so we wanted to create a simple solution for members keeping your shopping cool for the drive.

Working with Papier Mettler, we’ve created freezer bags made from 80% recycled retail plastics that are also fully recyclable. So, while they help keep your frozen shopping cold, they’re also helping us make better use of existing materials.

Good for your shopping. Better for the planet.

Just like our Bags For Life, our freezer bags can be recycled at soft plastic recycling points, making them a practical choice for your shopping and a more sustainable one for the planet.

At Company Shop, we’re always looking for new ways to make surplus shopping easier for our members while reducing waste.

Our new freezer bags are just one more way we’re putting surplus to good use - helping you get your bargains home safely while making a more sustainable choice along the way.

Pick yours up on your next visit and keep your frozen bargains cool all the way home! And who knows what we’ll be working on next? Follow us on our socials to find out.
